Tara Dixon is a painter and illustrator who has maintained a studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn for twenty years. In 2018 she spent the year in Bali, Indonesia and set up a studio there. Her work can be found in private and corporate collections. A graduate of Connecticut College, she studied at The Art Students League and taught art in Brooklyn, Iceland and Zimbabwe as well as out of her studio through her method of Talk And Response Art. She now maintains a studio in Brunswick Maine
