The coast of Maine offers me endless inspiration with its big views and intimate arrangements of tide pools and flotsam. Much of my work over the past few years has depicted the beautiful Scarborough Marsh. It is a short walk from where I live and I feel passionately protective of its fragile and irreplaceable ecosystem. Currently, I work with random tools and oil paints to make images from my observations along the coast and in the woods.
