Artist Statement
“Water Life Flow” explores the relationship between cultural heritage and contemporary identity through a process I call Soul Mapping. Each piece investigates how personal narratives, universal experiences, and cultural influences shape our understanding of self and community. As both metaphysicist and artist-healer, my work balances structure and fluidity, control and surrender, drawing from my background in somatic liberation and spiritual intuition.
My transition from therapist to artist has infused this collection with a deeper understanding of human experience. Water—with its transformative properties—serves as both medium and metaphor, reflecting life’s continuous movement and creative expression’s healing power. The works function not as isolated pieces but as a cohesive visual journey inviting viewers to engage with themes of interconnectedness, transformation, and resilience—elements essential to our collective flourishing.
